Don't know his Japanese name, but in Chinese he's called Gwei Tai Lang. His other eye is his father. It's a Japanese cartoon thing, like that flying castle, or the girl whose parents are pigs. This was fresh a couple of weeks ago.

Another perspective, one that you don't get from on your scooter as you zip by. You gotta take the time and look.
